Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received via email to meetings@iaslc.org on or before January 17, 2025 (23:59 MST) will be accepted and refunded, less a 100 USD administrative fee (per Committee policy).
Registration cancellations received after January 17, 2025 (23:59 MST) will not be refunded.
Donations to the IASLC Foundation are non-refundable.
Member Pricing
Please use the email associated with your IASLC membership in order to access member registration rates. If you don’t know the address associated with your account, please contact membership@iaslc.org
Proof of Status
Proof of status may be requested during the online registration process. Please provide a student card or an official letter on your institution/organization’s letterhead which indicates proof of your status as a Student, Fellow, Trainee, Patient Advocate, Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional.
Registration Transfer Policy
If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, email meetings@iaslc.org with your request no later than February 7, 2025.
